Call Center - BilingÜe Nocturno (Monterrey)

We’re looking for enthusiastic people to join as Tech support agent.

• Engage with customers who reach out to resolve any questions with their contracted McAfee antivirus service, providing the best customer satisfaction and support with any technical situation in the service.

• Two schedule range options: 2:30 P.M. – 11:00 P.M. or 11:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M.
• Nocturnal shift

• Salary: $15,000 – $19,000 MXN per month.
• Food voucher: $1,069 MXN.
• Night shift bonus: $1,000 MXN.
• Gym bonus: $220 MXN.
• Performance bonus (based on KPI): up to $2,000 MXN.
