**Position:** Call Center Representative
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ 85034
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
**Pay:** $ 18.00/hour

**Role Overview**

We are seeking customer-focused Call Center Representatives to support individuals with lawsuit and claims-related inquiries. This is a script-driven environment where you will assist callers by providing claim status updates, explaining the claims process, and answering questions regarding eligibility, deadlines, and required documentation.
