Call Audit Executive Location: Ernakulam, Kerala Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Fluent in Hindi and English with strong interpersonal skills. Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Call Auditing / Quality Assurance (Customer Support, BPO, or Contact Center Industry) Salary: 30,000- 35,000 Responsibilities Audit customer interactions to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Evaluate call quality, accuracy, and adherence to process standards. Evaluate calls against quality and compliance standards. Identify performance gaps and provide feedback. Recommend process and service quality improvements. Requirements Fluency in Hindi and English (Mandatory). Minimum 3 years of relevant call auditing experience. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
