Calibration/Service Technician M18

**Overview:**

This role shall be overall responsible for the management of the Fluke service operations in India region. He/She shall be responsible for managing the Customer Service delivery, Customer satisfaction, Business development & People/talent management.

**Responsibility:**

+ Responsible to lead the Service business for India including managing operations activities for Test & Measuring instruments of Fluke brands.
+ Develop and implement service strategies (repair and calibration). Responsible for establishing and managing the service revenue and operating profit with a real emphasis on Growing top and bottom line. Coordinate sales service with other departments and serves as a liaison with sales, marketing and manufacturing personnel.
