Cake Artist | Chef de Partie – Pastry & Leadership

Hilton is seeking a Chef de Partie - Cake Artist to supervise pastry staff and ensure high quality bakery production while helping control costs. This role requires pastry expertise and a strong coaching approach to develop the team.

You will work under the Head Chef, maintain hygiene standards, and contribute to guest experience with creative cake artistry. The position is full-time, on site in Abu Dhabi, with opportunities to grow within Hilton's global hospitality network.
