About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Café Chef (Breakfast, Italian & Dessert Cuisine) to join a growing cafe and restaurant operation in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing breakfast items, café‑style dishes, Italian pasta, and desserts while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of Emirati‑inspired breakfast dishes, Middle Eastern specialties, modern café menu items, pasta dishes, and desserts in a fast‑paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present breakfast and brunch menu items.
• Cook Shakshuka, Halloumi dishes, Labneh dishes, and traditional breakfast platters.
• Prepare café‑style sandwiches, croissants, avocado toast, and specialty breakfast items.
