Summary: Primarily responsible for preparing menu items and receiving proper payment from customers for those items and providing an accurate accounting of dealership receipts.


Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

+ Assists customers promptly in a friendly and courteous manner

+ Computes customer bills

+ Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers

+ Documents payment

+ Accounts for money and receipts paid to the dealership

+ Completes customer paperwork

+ Answers customer questions and refers customer complaints to the appropriate manager

+ Ensures that money and tickets are secured at night (fireproof safe)
