We’re looking for a warm, reliable and hands-on Café All-Rounder / Barista to join World Vision Australia’s Blackburn-based social enterprise café on a casual basis. You’ll help create a positive café experience for customers while supporting an organisation committed to empowering Australians to create meaningful change for the world’s most vulnerable children and adults.

About the role

This is a casual position with shifts across 2–3 weekdays and some Saturdays, typically finishing around 3pm after close and pack-down. Shifts are approx. 5–6 hours in duration.
