Become the Private Markets Investment Operations Manager at CAAT in a hybrid setting, based in Toronto. Lead oversight and governance of our robust investment portfolio focusing on private markets.
In this full-time role reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the integrity of our financial practices. Your efforts will directly contribute to safeguarding the interests of our diverse stakeholders and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily transaction management and data integrity
• Lead financial close processes with impact analysis
• Support governance through GP valuation reviews
• Coordinate management fee and carried interest calculations
• Collaborate with teams to onboard new private investments
Requirements:
• 6-8 years experience in investment operations
• Degree in accounting, finance, or business
• Strong knowledge of private markets and valuations
