**Job Title: C-Shift Slitter Operator**

**Job Description**

The Slitter Operator will be responsible for reading a bill of materials, performing machine set-ups, threading film into the machine, and setting blades to the proper width. This role involves programming the machine for length, speed, and tension, and subsequently taking the product off the machine, stacking it in containers, and sending it to shipping.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform machine set-ups and changeovers.
+ Use precise measuring instruments such as calipers and durometers.
+ Conduct basic machine troubleshooting.
+ Adjust and program machinery.
+ Conduct quality control and inspections.
+ Utilize HMI screens for machine operation.
+ Thread film into the machine.
+ Set blades to the proper width.

**Essential Skills**

+ Mechanical aptitude and experience with machine operation.
+ Proficiency in using calipers and other precision tools.
