Mid-Level – 2-4 years experience

You should have a strong degree in computer science, software engineering or similar and you should currently be working with OO practices and architectural principles. Common design patterns and some Unit Testing would be an advantage. You will be working on a variety of projects for the core product, customer implementations and devops tasks. Some out of hours working will be required from time to time for release work. A strong desire for software engineering in an internet scale environment is key, however, if you do not have these skills but are passionate about development and want to learn them then we will supply training.
