Job Title: BuyerJob Description
The Buyer will provide tactical procurement support focused on purchase order management, supplier follow-up, shortage management, material tracking, and ERP transaction processing. This role will work closely with full-time Buyers and Supply Chain leadership to support purchasing execution activities during a period of rapid company growth.
Responsibilities
+ Create, manage, and update purchase orders within the ERP system.
+ Review and manage open purchase order reports.
+ Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery commitments.
+ Track critical materials and expedite shortages.
+ Communicate material status updates to Planning, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
+ Support invoice resolution and purchase order closure activities with Finance and Accounting.
+ Maintain ERP accuracy and procurement documentation.
+ Assist senior buyers with purchasing execution activities.
