Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate suppliers to identify the best options for cost, quality, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock.
• Analyze market trends and consumer demand to forecast purchasing needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, sales, finance) to align procurement with business goals.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for procurement processes.
• Excellent command of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and other MS Office applications.
