A heavy engineering manufacturing concern is seeking a Buyer for their Plant in Pretoria East with minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role within a Production / Manufacturing / Engineering Environment.
Responsibilities:
Purchase quality - process purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers,
track orders, and assist with creating and maintaining an inventory.

- Matric. Diploma in a relevant field (Logistics / Purchasing) will be an advantage
- Experience within a manufacturing / engineering environment preferable
- Finance / Supply Chain knowledge
- MS Office and SYSPRO or any other appropriate ERP software
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Effective time management / meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
