Buyer Planner

**Responsibilities**:
- Will analyze component requirements through current MRP system.
- Placing and management of purchase orders with suppliers assigned.
- To ensure that the delivery of materials meets Production Schedule requirements.
- Works with suppliers for any supplier delivery issues and to ensure on time delivery of its orders.
- Works with Supplier Quality Engineering for management, sorting, reworking and replacement of materials for quality rejections as needed.
- Manages Engineering Changes implementation on components.
- Works with suppliers and on the implementation of pull systems.
- Set inventory goals for each component and supplier and meets these goals to guarantee supply but avoid excess. Work with different levels on the organization to measure and improve metrics with the supplier bases
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree Preferred.
- English, Spanish fluency 90%.
- MS Office knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
