Buyer & Operations Senior Analyst, Group Strategic Procurement, Group Finance

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily source-to-contract (S2C) and procure-to-pay (P2P) operations, including RFx execution, requisition processing, purchase order creation and dispatch, goods receipt confirmation, invoice matching, and payment support.
• Manage tactical and spot buying, RFx activities, catalog compliance, and exception workflows to ensure speed and accuracy.
• Drive operational efficiency initiatives, including process standardization, bottleneck elimination, and touchless processing targets of 80% and above.
• Resolve escalated operational issues across S2C and P2P processes, partnering with Accounts Payable and Finance as required.
• Support demand management and maverick-spend controls through the enforcement of guided buying.
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled bots for routine tasks such as automated purchase order generation and exception flagging.
