This role is responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials, packaging components, and miscellaneous equipment, parts, and supplies on behalf of a growing manufacturing organization. The Buyer will work with a wide range of vendors and suppliers, from small local businesses to large multinational corporations, and will collaborate across all levels of the organization. This person works with suppliers to determine which products will be used in production and how much of each item should be purchased, and disseminates information such as BOM changes, specification sheets, packing lists, SDSs, CoAs, and inventory reports to internal departments to support business process...
