**SUMMARY**
Assists the Buyer by compiling and maintaining records of business transactions and office activities of establishment by performing the following duties.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** i
+ Maintain open order report daily
+ Consignment releases if needed for production
+ Keep track of consignment orders are on schedule and delivered on time
+ Entering schedule into planning for MRP
+ Printing MRP and writing Requisitions according to demands of the MRP for Raw materials and packaging materials.
+ Enter purchase orders into ROSS system. Communicate via email or fax orders to vendors.
