Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated point of contact, anticipating needs and curating elevated in‑room and villa experiences that reflect the warmth and effortless style of the DELANO brand.
- Provide intuitive, discreet, and highly personalized service tailored to each guest’s preferences and stay requirements.
- Own the guest journey, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience throughout the stay.
- Coordinate and deliver in‑room dining, amenities, and special requests with precision and attention to detail.
- Proactively anticipate guest preferences and lifestyle needs to create thoughtful, elevated experiences.
- Liaise closely with housekeeping, front office, IRD, and other departments to ensure flawless execution of guest requests.
- Prepare rooms and villas prior to arrival and ensure smooth, discreet check‑out and farewell experiences.
