Butchery Operations Lead — Hands-On Manager

Alexandra New World in Central Otago is seeking an experienced Butchery Manager to lead our 10-strong butchery team and run the day-to-day department operations. This hands-on leadership role combines technical butchery skills with people management, rostering, training, stock control and customer service to deliver great value and display promotions.

Shifts start at 5.00am with full‑time hours typically 40–45 per week; interviews will be conducted as applications are received for suitable
