The Role
We're looking for an experienced Butcher Manager to lead our meat department.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work on the block, lead your team by example and ensure customers receive the highest quality products and service.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of Butchers and Meat Assistants
- Maintaining high standards of product quality, presentation and food safety
- Managing stock, waste, wages and sales performance
- Planning production to meet customer demand
- Working closely with the Store Manager and Buying Team
