Responsibilities
- The Butcher is responsible for the processing and preparation of meat products for sale or use.
- This includes breaking down carcasses, portioning cuts, preparing special orders, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Butcher, preferably in (Specific type of establishment, e.g., retail setting, restaurant).
- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their uses.
- Proficiency in knife handling and meat cutting techniques.
