Business Systems Analyst

Job Description
We are seeking experienced Workday Business Analysts to support a large-scale Workday Financials transformation initiative. This individual will partner closely with program leadership, finance stakeholders, business process owners, technical teams, and subject matter experts to assess current-state project artifacts, define future-state operating models, identify process gaps, and support organizational readiness for go-live.
This resource will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, validating requirements, documenting risks and issues, and helping design the future-state Day in the Life experience across finance functions in preparation for the January 2027 operating model.
