ICF is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a passion to help government agencies modernize technology and processes. The Business Systems Analyst will be supporting an enterprise level data warehouse in support of emergency management and resilience.

The ideal candidate will lead, advise, and manage ICF client requirements, translating them into documentation and conceptual design for a team of DevOps Engineers, Developers and Solution Architects for a modernized application built on Azure with Databricks. You are responsible for bridging the gap between technical and non-technical project staff by eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and communicating concise requirements for implementation based on business needs.
