RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production Support
- Provides assistance to application users in their daily production issues/help desk assistance and coordinate with appropriate unit such as IT Units and or external vendor for the resolution.
- Implements service level standards to ensure timely resolution of production issues.
- Assist in the implementation of production fixes such as
- Prepares and reviews Incident Report / Business Requirement
- Prepares and reviews Work Plan / Schedule
- Conducts UAT for production fixes needed
- Provides update to Supervisor on resolution of issues.
- Consolidates UAT documents
- Performs EOD/parameter maintenance in testing environment
- Conducts walk through with Business Unit for fixes implemented
- Prepares required documentation and sign-off needed for production implementation
