Business Systems Analyst II

Overview

The Business Systems Analyst at AmTrust is the individual who has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users. The BSA serves as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. They facilitate discussions amongst business stakeholders across the organization to ensure all groups impacted by a project are given an opportunity to provide the necessary feedback as functional requirements are gathered and confirmed. Projects can range from minor enhancements to larger and more complex work items, and responsibilities may include production support on assigned systems.
