Business Systems Analyst

Job Overview
Under direct supervision, assists in providing systems support in developing and enhancing business systems to provide new or enhanced products to clients or effective planning, reporting, and analysis tools to internal functions.

**Essential Functions**

+ Assist in defining system scope, objectives, and business needs through research, fact-finding, and analysis of business/system requirements.
+ Analyze business and user needs, document requirements (user stories/functional requirements/acceptance criteria), support clarifications, and help track requirement changes/priorities as needed.
+ Perform hands-on configuration within the company’s solution platform based on approved requirements and client-provided documentation/inputs, under guidance where needed.
