Business System Analyst - Payments (Host to Cloud)

Position Description We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in payments, mainframe, and host‑based systems to support modernization initiatives, including migration to cloud and ISO20022 transformation.

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or client office a minimum of 4 days per week – subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Gather and document business and technical requirements across payments systems (SWIFT, EFT, etc.)

Perform data mapping, integration analysis, and support system design

Collaborate with business, technology, QA, and architecture teams for end‑to‑end delivery

Support host‑based system modernization and cloud migration initiatives

Contribute to solution design, impact analysis, and regulatory compliance (ISO20022, FINTRAC, etc.)

Assist in testing, validation, and release coordination
