Core Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Maintaining project calendars, tracking milestones, and updating timelines to prevent delays.
- Meeting Coordination: Organizing stakeholder meetings, preparing presentation decks, and documenting actionable meeting minutes.
- Documentation Control: Creating, updating, and filing critical records like risk registers, standard operating procedures, and progress reports.
- Resource & Vendor Alignment: Ordering equipment, distributing supplies, and managing communications with external vendors and partners.
- Budget Tracking: Monitoring project expenditures, flagging variances, and resolving basic financial queries to strictly adhere to budgets.
- Cross-Team Liaison: Serving as the central point of contact between developers, finance, operations, and management.
