ROLE SUMMARY:
The Business Support Officer is an integral role within the Unit Support Team, and responsible for providing support to the Senior Assistant Chief Officer (Unit Support) and general administrative support and coordination to the region specifically supporting Volunteer Units. This includes administration functions such as drafting correspondence, minute taking and management and maintenance of records in accordance with standards and guidelines within the VICSES corporate content management system. Additionally, reception, and request referral, tracking, follow up and completion are also functions of the role.
