What You'll Do

• Work closely with the Management and Business Strategy team to model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information related to Sales, Products, new initiatives, and the company's organic and inorganic growth.
• Perform data crunching, data mining, and analyze sales data, including historical performance, market trends, and insights, to identify business opportunities and challenges.
• Create meaningful reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize and communicate sales performance metrics to the Sales team and Management.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales targets and strategies based on data-driven insights.
