Business Strategy Manager

About the Role We are looking for a results-driven strategy professional to anchor business strategy, analytics and operational finance for the hospital. This is a high-visibility role working directly with senior management and clinical leadership — turning data into decisions, driving topline growth, protecting margins, and shaping pricing and expansion strategy. The ideal candidate breaks problems down with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach and is equally comfortable building a P&L model, running a revenue audit, and presenting insights to the board. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Business Intelligence Develop Monthly Business Review (MBR) and MIS reports for management and board-level review. Conduct market analysis, trend forecasting and segmentation to identify emerging revenue channels and growth opportunities.
