We are recruiting a newly created Business Solutions Manager based out of Stourbridge but covering a nationwide client base
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, ambitious, and technically minded individual who enjoys working directly with customers and thrives on variety. You will act as the bridge between customers, the sales team, project delivery teams, and technical specialists.
The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with customers at all levels, conducting site visits and surveys, supporting technical discussions, and helping drive projects from concept through to delivery. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys learning, problem-solving, and taking on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit customer sites to conduct surveys, exploratory meetings, and technical assessments.
* Build strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted and professional point of contact.
