Job Description

• Drive digitization across the lending value chain, including digital onboarding and operational automation.
• Lead project management activities for strategic initiatives from ideation and projection through implementation, tracking, and post-launch evaluation.
• Define customer value propositions through market research, competitor analysis, and segment-specific positioning.
• Support product strategy and lifecycle management for consumer lending products across both unsecured loans and secured products.
• Work with cross-functional team leads to improve product features, profitability, and market competitiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business development, or related roles within consumer lending or fintech.
