Business Program Manager, Prime Video Commerce Tech

Prime Video Commerce is the team that powers how hundreds of millions of
customers buy, subscribe, and access content on Prime Video — across every
country, every device, every payment method. Our Bengaluru site is home to the
engineering and leadership teams that own offer vending, payments expansion, and
architectural transformation for PV Commerce globally. We're looking for a Program Manager to run the operating rhythm of our
organization. You'll be in every room that matters — taking notes, tracking
actions, following up relentlessly, and ensuring the org's written artifacts
(MBRs, newsletters, reviews) are sharp, current, and delivered on time. You'll
own the systems that keep a 100+ person distributed engineering org running:
SharePoint structure, wikis, intake mechanisms, OpEx budgets, attrition
