Business Process Senior Associate

_We’re looking for a_ **_Business Process Senior Associate​_** _to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to review and validate new issue requests, addressing inquiries and providing additional information to Regional Group Offices. You will also coordinate the flow of policy data among external vendors, RGO representatives, analysts, and underwriters._

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Review and validate new issue requests, addressing inquiries and providing additional information to Regional Group Offices.
+ Coordinate policy data flow among external vendors, RGO representatives, analysts, and underwriters.
+ Collaborate with internal Manulife teams to complete set-up requests.
+ Initiate billing, publications, ID printing, and manage mailing instructions to couriers.
+ Perform quality assurance checks and activate policy profiles for use in claims, underwriting, sales, and billing.
