Business Process Senior Associate

_We’re looking for a_ **_Business Process Senior Associate_** _to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to manage new personal account set up for mortgage products and handles subsequent requests once the account has been opened which include simple financial transactions and all non-financial transactions up to property discharge and account closing._

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Accountable for all in good order (IGO) transactions for mortgage worktypes while working within prescribed accuracy, productivity and service level agreements (SLAs).
+ Accountable for all in good order (IGO) non-financial transactions and straightforward financial transactions for Mortgage products.
+ Work directly with business unit in response to issues and questions regarding Manulife Bank's products and processes.
