Responsibilities
- Analyse existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Map current and future-state workflows.
- Facilitate process workshops with stakeholders.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce business cases and process documentation.
- Monitor implementation of improvement projects.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to optimise operations.
