Business Process Improvement

• Lead the review, evaluation, and improvement of cross-departmental business processes.
• Approve and direct the development of policy documents, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Coordinate the identification and analysis of operational risks and the development of mitigation plans.
• Manage improvement projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of process improvement implementation.
• Provide coaching and supervision to the BPI team and RM Specialists.
• Prepare progress reports and provide improvement recommendations to management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Management/Industrial Engineering (Master's degree is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years in Business Process/Risk Management
• Able to analyze and redesign business processes (BPMN, Visio, or similar tools)
