Own the end-to-end global Order-to-Cash (OTC) process landscape, including process design, governance, and continuous improvementPartner with Business Excellence and IT to design and optimize OTC processes, with a strong focus on Customer Order Management and scalable business solutionsDrive global process harmonization and ensure alignment across regions, stakeholders, and senior leadershipManage and prioritize the global OTC backlog while defining KPIs that support performance management and user adoptionBuild and empower a global key user network that fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capability developmentEnable successful global rollouts by supporting fit-gap analyses, testing, training, and end-user support activitiesYour Qualifications:
