Business Partner — Training Deployment

Job Description As a core member of the Organizational Development & Training (OD&T) team, the Training Deployment Business Partner (LBP) orchestrates the strategic and optimized deployment of learning solutions focused on leadership and interpersonal skills for a population of approximately 4,000 employees.

Responsibilities

• Deployment management Manage the full lifecycle of deploying leadership training sessions, including mentoring, co-development, diversity and team-building programs. Establish the annual training calendar from the third quarter and compose participant groups during enrollment campaigns to proactively plan needs. Serve as liaison and coordinate with focal points at major Airbus sites in the Americas to ensure programs are communicated and deployed consistently.
