Business Operations Specialist - EY GDS (Buenos Aires)

Talent Services (TS) is a core service function within Global Delivery Services (GDS) – Enablement Services, providing high quality skills and competencies supporting operational and consultative Talent activities to EY member firms.

TS personnel are employed by GDS and are based in our centers in Poland (Wroclaw, Warsaw, Katowice), Philippines (Manila, Cebu), India (Bangalore, Trivandrum, Cochin, Gurgaon, Noida), and Argentina (Buenos Aires). TS supports the Super Regions of EY and is funded by the regions based on usage.

Learning TS supports a specific Super Region and acts as part of the extended Super Region Learning team.

TS works in a fully integrated way with onshore colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team.
