About the opportunity

The Dispute Management Division (DMD) operates within WorkSafe’s Return to Work Victoria Business Unit and has the primary responsibility for the management of common law, statutory benefits disputes, third party recovery claims and associated litigation.

The Business Support Officer will provide administrative support and service to the business, utilising a variety of policies and procedures and with some specialist knowledge required. This may involve either coordinating the activities of others or supporting a manager and their team or providing support across the division.
