Business Operations Manager - vancouver

The Business Operations Manager is a hands‑on role that will be responsible for all aspects of Finance and Accounting, Information Technology and Security. The position’s effort is allocated as 50% accounting oversight and 50% IT and security operations. The position partners with leadership to improve visibility, strengthen controls, optimize workflows, and support continued organizational growth while leveraging the use of Information Technology. The Business Operations Manager will report to the CEO.

The ideal candidate is someone with more than three years experience with Finance and Accounting and IT Security Management. They must have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. They are highly organized, proactive, operationally strong, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in an evolving environment.
