Business Operations Lead

The Business Operations Lead is Joint Venture’s operational backbone — ensuring the company runs effectively, optimizing what's working, addressing what isn't, and identifying opportunities for innovation.

This role requires an ability to move seamlessly across multiple aspects of the company, including finance, data, technology, and operations. You'll be the company's institutional knowledge keeper and analytical compass; the person the team turns to for both the why and the how behind our plans.

We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and scrappy, capable of thinking big while executing at a granular level.
