The Health & Benefits (H&B) business unit is responsible for supporting organizations in the design, placement, and management of employee benefit programs, including health, life, and risk insurance, as well as wellbeing, and flexible benefits solutions. Its objective is to optimize the value of benefit investments, enhance employee experience. 

H&B combines capabilities in strategic consulting, insurance broking, plan management, benefits administration, data analytics, and technology, delivering end-to-end solutions across the full benefits lifecycle—from design and placement to ongoing management and continuous improvement.
