Business Manager – Kenya

Job Purpose:
The Business Manager will lead the commercial operations and expansion of the company’s pharmaceutical business in Kenya. This role is responsible for embedding a culture of excellence and performance for the Kenya commercial organization, enriching the company’s presence within the local healthcare ecosystem and delivering sustainable revenue growth across both private retail and institutional healthcare channels. Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the country’s commercial strategy, launch plans and sales growth initiatives in line with business objectives.
Drive revenue, market share, and portfolio expansion by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities within priority therapeutic segments.
