Business Manager - Cruise & Souvenir

Nature and aim of position
The holder of this position is responsible for managing and developing a significant business area within Global Blue Norway.
Responsible for the activity generated primarily from international cruise ships visiting Norway. This role entails two distinct areas:
- Managing the cruise ship companies.
- Working with retailers, primarily in the souvenir sector, who serve the customers arriving on these cruise ships.
This is a demanding and important role, as this business sector grows its share of Norway’s business. The sector requires an exceptional individual to build relationships, develop existing & future business and manage activity on a day-to-day basis, whilst also working on and delivering the strategic plan.
