Business intelligence manager

The position will be responsible for the oversight, management, accountability and implementation work of all BI systems and reporting relating to the Group and its subsidiaries. Reporting systems and data pipelines involved and covered would include Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, Xplan CRM, Dynamics, Dataverse, amongst others. These systems, databases and reporting provide insight to regional, national, Manco and Exco suites of management.

Key Areas of Focus and Responsibilities Power BI reporting and related back-end systems. Xplan CRM system management and all reporting done off system. Excel driven databases and reporting systems. Maintenance and monitoring of system linkages and APIs to ensure data updates and refreshes take place.
