Business Intelligence Consultant

Overview

This is a client‑facing BI role where you’ll take requirements, build solutions, and deliver them directly to customers. You’ll work closely with legal teams, legal operations, and technology stakeholders to understand how they operate and where data and automation can make a real difference. The focus is on turning complex or manual processes into clear, usable insights and efficient workflows. You’ll be involved from early conversations through to delivery, helping clients improve reporting, streamline approvals, and make better decisions using Power BI and Power Automate. This is a hybrid role based from our Birmingham HQ, with flexible working in place and an expectation to be in the office when needed, typically on a weekly basis.
